Winning the National title will mean that you received the highest
combined scores in the following competitions (all included in the
national fees):

  • "All About Me" book
  • Interview (ages 4+)*/Playtime (under 4)*
  • On-Stage Question (ages 16+)
  • Evening Wear
  • Patriotic Wear
Additional competitions included in your
fees include:

  • Academic Achievement
        (Highest grades based on a 4.0 scale)
  • Volunteer Service Award
           (Most volunteer hours within the past year)
  • Community Service Award (2 awarded)
           (Most items brought in and Most raffle ticket sales)
  • Spirit of Pageantry Award
       (Enters 3 or more optionals)
  • Miss Congeniality (Voted on by delegates)
  • Pride of America Hostess (Most ad sales)
  • Pride of America Ambassador (Most referrals)
  • Directors' Choice
Optional Competitions are NOT required and do
NOT count in the Pride of America totals. They are
an additional way to win titles.

    Choice and is the ONLY competition that may be
    glitz*

  • Black & White Photogenic*
  • Comp Card
  • Portfolio

*These optionals may be entered multiple times for
additional fees

Some Optional competitors may be asked to perform
their optional at the event.
This is an OPEN NATIONALS where
ANYONE from ANY STATE can compete
You do not have to be holding a title to compete
